1. About Us

Solomia Carpets operates solomia-carpets.co.uk. We sell carpets and rugs for retail and wholesale customers across the United Kingdom.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

4. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval by our team. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved trade customers. We reserve the right to withdraw wholesale status at any time.

5. Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe, bank transfer and cash on delivery for eligible orders. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom via DHL, Royal Mail, Evri, InPost and our own delivery service. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom or cut-to-size carpets are non-returnable unless faulty. To initiate a return, please contact us at solomia.carpets@gmail.com.

8. Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the total value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on solomia-carpets.co.uk including images, text and logos is the property of Solomia Carpets and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
